Photo Diary: Spring Flowers and a Downtown Renovation | A Rose in Bloom
This past weekend I went to visit my Mom and friends in Huntsville, Alabama. Unfortunately, we did not take any fashion pictures. Fortunately, downtown has been renovated! Besides seeing lovely trees blooming out into the streets, Clinton Row is open. You have no idea how happy I am to see that little city start working on having a real downtown life. I got the grand tour of people's shops and displays thanks to my friend Christina of Christina Wegman Fine Art who now has her own studio/shop there! I was stupid and forgot to take pictures of her actual space, but you can see pictures of the space and her art here! On a side note, you can help her earn 1000 likes on Facebook and even win a FREE 8x10 print on wood.

Beautiful flower display outside the shops!

My favorite old bar. Coffee shop by day, bar by night. Miss this place.

While I apologize for failing to photograph it well, I just had to share this tiny print on wood from Christina. If you couldn't already tell, it's a rendering of my favorite bar, just pictured above.

Honestly, I just wanted to share this hilarious and pretty bathroom sign from North Lime Coffee and Donuts here in Lex.
