Monday Inspiration | A Rose in Bloom
Hello all, it's time to start your week right.  I felt this picture was appropriate as we begin to spend our days focusing on Thanksgiving - a time to reflect and give thanks for what we have. In order to achieve inner wellness, it is important to maintain a list of what you are grateful for.  Start today.  Write down 5 things that you are grateful for.  5 things that make you happy.  Focus on those things and continue to do so for the rest of the week.  Keep a journal by your bed and write them down first thing in the morning.  It can be tiny things like loving the shadow being cast in from the morning sun, or happy that your hair is not messy.  It doesn't matter.  Make an inner wellness journal a top priority and I promise that you will have better days.

 With this in mind, do not forget to also give thanks for what you don't have. It's easy to show gratitude for what we do have, but harder to be thankful for things we lack. Everything exists just as it is for a specific reason, and that reason will bring forth light at one point or another.  Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe ten years from now.  Make today the day to find inner contentment with the world and remember that even when things are not playing out in your intended method, YOU can change the outcome.  Be in control and be strong.

Make gratitude a priority, and the world will make you a priority.
