As the days slowly get longer and we awake to pinker skies instead of grey hazes, we turn our minds to spring and long for the warm air to kiss our faces. While I have already talked about why we should embrace winter, this week I want to encourage you to dance the winter blues away. Whether you do actual ballroom, or ballet, and just want to blast top 40 radio in your apartment, dance. Feel the movements bring life into your toes, your legs, your core, your heart, and feel warmth sink into your limbs. Enjoy it, especially on these cold, cold nights. Before you know it, you will have danced the winter away and welcomes spring's birth.
