If you are wondering if you've seen this outfit before, you definitely have. Almost one year ago to date, in fact. I was looking back at some old posts and it really amazes me how much I have grown in 2015. My photography (and that of my husband and brother, each of whom has been taught how to photograph me when needed) is so much better, my poses are better, and I feel much better about the quality I've provided to you, my dear readers. Every since I decided to make quality my number one priority, which, consequently, I thought meant abandoning outfit posts, I've really been proud of some of the work I've brought to the table. That is why we are going back one year as an homage to growth.

Some days, I really just want a simple model off duty style. I rarely post easy outfits like this, but honestly, sometimes I just don't feel a full boho completely put together outfit. Some days, I want my dark wash jeans, and a comfy, easy tee. Sometimes, the best things in life are the easiest things in life. Besides, this outfit made me feel like a rock star and I take every opportunity to look like something I am not. Whatever, it's fun. Anyway, I am pretty sure the fact that this tee, you know, promotes a rock concert for Bob Dylan, The Raconteurs, and The Black Keys might make me feel that way. You will never believe where I grabbed this shirt though. C'mon, guess.

Ok, so I know you don't want to guess. My brother had a bunch of clothes he was donating to Goodwill, and I happened to see this gem laying on top. I'm guessing it was some sort of "spend x amount get free shirt" at American Eagle, but I couldn't care less. I love this tee.

While we are on the subject of rock stars, I haven't been able to get enough of Yeah Yeah Yeahs lately. Karen O, you rock girl.

Last weekend, it was delightfully chilly. As in, yes, I want to wake up at 6 am, make pancakes, and
walk the dog because the cool breeze feel perfect moving through your hair and kissing your legs. Everything feels beautiful when it is delightfully chilly. One of my favorite go to outfits is a good mini dress, thigh highs/over the knee socks (most thigh highs become over the knee on my legs), and leather boots. Something about the combinations just screams autumnal whispers and I know I must take advantage before winter's chill requires a few more layers. Simplicity feels beautiful.
